Austin Dog Rescue is made up purely of volunteers. Each dog is sheltered within a home in the Austin area. As such, there is no physical shelter to visit the dog at. If you think you may be interested in a particular dog now or in the future, please fill out an application form. People with approved application forms are prioritized over people who haven’t yet applied.

This little bundle of joy is the perfect mix of happy, goofy, playful and totally chill. Jack is submissive yet playful with other dogs, super respectful of cats and LOVES children. This little guy is going to make some family the perfect companion.
As all dogs do, it has take him some time to come out of his shell but he blossoms every day. He is looking for a family with a gentle touch and a little patience as he continues to learn that he is now safe.
